Ibis Styles Tbilisi Center Hotel

I am utterly baffled by the treatment received here. The air conditioning was non-functional, and I had to endure an uncomfortable room. The staff glared at us instead of assisting when my husband knocked over a table. I expected a complimentary gesture for such mishaps, but I see they reserve those for select guests only. Disgraceful.

It was very positive stay, I appreciated nice food.

The room was newly remodelled and stylish with a walk-in shower, a dryer, and bath sheets in the private bathroom...

The hotel of choice in Tbilisi. Stylish property in a very clean modern building with incredibly beautiful views of the city's mountains. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the double room, plus a mini-bar, central heating, and a work desk: )

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The rooftop bar offered fine views of the city and mountains. The quirky sheep-themed decor throughout the hotel really added a unique charm to my experience, and I loved how the cozy, clean room.

Location: the hotel was right by all the tourist attractions as well as the freedom square, which was much convenient for going shopping, dining out & pubs. The lunch in Piano Italian Restaurant a short way from the property had every choice imaginable. We greatly enjoyed rooms with modern decorations.

Amazing and stunning location minutes away from Pushkin Park. Good customer service. The food was amazing and the staff was extremely friendly.

The rooftop bar served great cocktails and had an amazing view of the city. My room was cozy with a nice balcony view of the square. The staff always went out of their way to help me with anything I needed. Breakfast had a lot of variety, which I really appreciated 😊

Great hotel atmosphere with quirky sheep-themed decor.

Unfortunately, the noise levels were quite disruptive . I could hear sounds from both the upper and lower levels, difficult to get a restful night. The cleanliness left something to be desired, as I found spots on my pillow that weren't addressed despite multiple requests for housekeeping.

Had a blast with my friends exploring the local area! The breakfast was delicious, with tons of options. The staff was super helpful and friendly too. We loved the quirky room design. The hotel is also near great cafes and restaurants, so you won't run out of places to eat.

Noise from outside occasionally disrupted my peace, and the room could have been cleaner. The breakfast included great oatmeal, but the overall ambiance felt more corporate than vacation-like, which may detract from the experience for some.

Recommend for a city trip

Cozy room, friendly staff, with a lovely rooftop bar offering fine 360-degree views of the city, made my stay nice, while the convenient location just a short walk from Liberty Square and a metro station made it easy to explore the area's charm.
